Life is about foundation, direction, and balance. My foundation is my incredible wife and our boys — they are the reason behind everything I do. My direction comes from clear goals and a desire to show up fully: as a father, husband, leader, mentor, and friend. Balance? It’s the ongoing challenge I embrace — to give everything I’ve got, every time, to everything that matters.
An entrepreneur since 1985, I’ve built more than 40 companies from the ground up. I’ve led complex, high-stakes projects — from the Super Bowl and the Olympic Games to multi-market ventures across hospitality, logistics, development, and public safety. I’ve employed over 100,000 people, integrated and acquired multiple companies, while serving clients at the highest levels.
But titles don’t define me — people do. I believe in building relationships that last, empowering people who care, and being someone others can rely on when it matters most.

I come from a place where the rhythm of life followed the seasons, and the whole town paused for the state fair. Those simple beginnings taught me the value of family, community, hard work and walking through life with gratitude.
Today, I walk through the sunlit days of Arizona and California with my husband and our three adult sons — each of them unique, each teaching me something new about love, patience, and presence. As a mother, I’ve learned to walk ahead with confidence, beside them with encouragement, and now, behind them with pride as they step into the world.
Big vision and creative projects are my passion. Whether it’s creating a music festival, major event, commercial building, award winning residences or a corporate Super Bowl party, I thrive in the design space. Leaving a mark or providing a memorial experience for clients or community members to enjoy long after I quietly walk away is a soft legacy.
That’s the heart I bring to everything we do at Great Days — creating space for people to grow, guiding with grace, and honoring every step of the journey.
